Administration tool has never been this important in WebEx products before. I designed a brand new dashboard, monitoring system, licensing system, system management, support, and report, simplified and wrapped up existing WebEx administration settings, to deliver easy administration.
The first customer shipment is delivered at Oct 25, 2012. Dimension Data, the largest Cisco channel partner provided a lot of positive feedback on the end-user experience and administration experience. The product eventually replaced MeetingPlace.
The following screenshots are wireframes of a monthly summary report. Visulized data delivers graphic views of usage and traffic for administor to monitor the service and communicate with the team and managers.
I sketch a lot in my design, espically for conceptual design. It is a great way to have cross-functional teams involved into the process, and make sure we are all on the same page in terms of the foundation and the structure.
